Juventus & Liverpool Reach Agreement, Chiesa Immediately Excited: Can’t Wait!

Italian national team striker, Federico Chiesa , admitted that he was very happy to hear the news that Juventus and Liverpool had reached an agreement for his transfer from Turin to Merseyside.

Chiesa’s time at Juventus ends in the summer of 2024. Because he is not included in the plans of Juve’s new coach, Thiago Motta.

Juve are now looking for a buyer for Chiesa, with several clubs linked with the 26-year-old versatile player.

But finally, Liverpool showed their seriousness in courting Chiesa. The Reds have opened negotiations with both the player and Juventus.

Agreement Has Been Reached

Negotiations between Liverpool and Juventus went smoothly. Because no other club approached Federico Chiesa.

On Wednesday (28/08/2024), Juve and Liverpool finally reached an agreement. The Reds will pay 13 million euros for him.

There are undisclosed add-ons, while Chiesa will sign a four-year contract at Anfield.

Once the deal was done, Federico Chiesa wasted no time in leaving Juventus. He flew to England the same day.
