Carlo Ancelotti Has Presented 14 Trophies for Real Madrid, One Step Away from Breaking the Record

Real Madrid has won the 2024 European Super Cup or UEFA Super Cup. This is the 14th trophy that Carlo Ancelotti has presented to Los Blancos.

Real Madrid met Atalanta in a duel at the Narodowy Stadium on Thursday (15/8/2024) early morning WIB. Los Blancos won with a score of 2-0 in the match.

After a 0-0 draw in the first half, Federico Valverde opened the scoring for Real Madrid in the 59th minute. After that, Kylian Mbappe scored Los Blancos’ second goal in the 68th minute.

After defeating Atalanta, Real Madrid became the most decorated European Super Cup winners (6 trophies). The previous five trophies were won by Los Blancos in 2002, 2014, 2016, 2017, and 2022.

Carlo Ancelotti’s 14 Trophies

Carlo Ancelotti continues to make history at Real Madrid. By winning the European Super Cup, Ancelotti has now won 14 trophies with Los Blancos.

Ancelotti has now equalled Miguel Munoz’s record as the most decorated Real Madrid coach. Munoz delivered 14 titles while in charge of Los Blancos from 1960-1974.

The Italian has won three Champions League titles, two Club World Cups, three European Super Cups, two LaLiga titles, two Copas del Rey and two Spanish Super Cups with Real Madrid.
