La Liga club Barcelona is reportedly serious about bringing Dani Olmo back this summer. They have now started trying to re-sign the midfielder from RB Leipzig.
Dani Olmo is currently in demand. He is wanted by many top clubs after leading the Spanish national team to win Euro 2024.
One of the clubs interested in Olmo is Barcelona. The Catalan club is interested in bringing back their former academy player.
Fabrizio Romano reports that Barcelona are serious about signing Olmo. They have quietly started making moves for the transfer.

According to Romano’s report, Barcelona has been actively communicating with Olmo in recent weeks.
They have already expressed their interest in re-signing the midfielder. They have also submitted a proposal for the midfielder’s recruitment.
Olmo’s side will still study this offer. However, they gave a positive signal to join El Blaugrana.
Complete Another Transfer
However, the same report claims that Barcelona will not be recruiting Olmo in the near future.
They are currently focused on another transfer. They will try to recruit Nico Williams from Athletic Bilbao.
Once this transfer is complete, Barcelona will try to complete Olmo’s transfer from RB Leipzig.
Mahar Transfer
Barcelona will have to dig deep into their pockets to secure Olmo’s services.
RB Leipzig are reportedly only willing to let the midfielder leave for around €60 million in this summer’s transfer window.
