Manchester United’s Target for the 2024/2025 Season: Win Trophies!

Manchester United has set a high target for the 2024/2025 season. Manager Erik ten Hag wants to win trophies again in his third year at Old Trafford.

Ten Hag has been a successful player in every season since being appointed Manchester United manager, winning the Carabao Cup in his first season at Old Trafford.

Manchester United were inconsistent in the Premier League last season. However, the Red Devils were able to win the FA Cup after beating Manchester City in the final.

Ahead of the new season, Manchester United have recruited a number of players to strengthen the team. The Red Devils have brought in Joshua Zirkzee, Leny Yoro, Matthijs de Ligt and Noussair Mazraoui.

New Season

Ten Hag has won two trophies in his two years as Manchester United manager and he hopes the Red Devils will continue to improve with the arrival of new players.

“It’s not much different, but we know our targets, we know we are in the right direction, we know we have won two trophies and we know our playing style,” Ten Hag told the club’s official website.

“So now we have to integrate new players where we think they can improve the game model, improve the level of the team, and we go from there.”

Trophy Target

As a big club, Manchester United certainly has a high target in this new season. Ten Hag wants to win the title again with his team.

“I always have very high expectations, but we want to win trophies,” he continued.

Manchester United will kick off the 2024/2025 Premier League by hosting Fulham. The two teams will compete at Old Trafford on Saturday (17/8/2024) at 02.00 WIB.
